I have some ways to make decisions less difficult, and I share them with you here. In the past ten years, I have been facing large and small decisions almost every day, which are related to entrepreneurship, investment, immigration, and children. .., slowly I gradually concluded that how to make judgments and decisions quickly is to seek “not bad decisions” instead of “great decisions”. The benefits are as follows:

1. There is no standard for “great decisions”, because it seems that there will always be better choices, but not bad decisions are easier to choose. (Everyone must have heard the story of choosing a boat by the river)

2. After making good decisions quickly, spend time on execution, and at the same time make good decisions one by one. This superposition will greatly help the development of things. (Buffett seems to think so too, haha)

3. The good decision keeps us from stressing too much…so, I almost develop this habit now. One more sentence: I am a Capricorn.
